BUYER QUESTIONS
Wholesale ordering FAQ
Clear answers for importers, garden retailers, wholesalers and private-label buyers planning a terracotta range.

01What is the MOQ?
+
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Buyers can discuss the product mix and quantity that suit their market.
02Can different models and finishes be mixed?
+
Yes. Different product styles, sizes, colours and finishes can be combined within the same confirmed order programme.
03Can I order samples before bulk production?
+
Yes. Samples are recommended for shape, dimensions, clay colour, moss character and acceptable handmade variation. Sample arrangements depend on the selected product and process.
04What is the production lead time?
+
The typical production lead time is 60–90 days after the product details and order are confirmed. Shipment time is separate.
05Are the pots frost resistant?
+
Performance depends on the clay body, firing, drainage, saturation, climate and use. Tell us the destination and required standard before quotation; buyer-specific testing must be confirmed rather than assumed.
06How much variation should buyers expect?
+
Handmade dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2 cm. Clay tone, firing marks and cultivated moss surfaces also vary naturally; approved samples and agreed tolerances provide the reference.
07Do you provide matching saucers?
+
Matching saucers are available for selected product families. Confirm the pot code, base size and finish so the current match can be checked.
08What private-label options are available?
+
Options can include logo embossing during forming, carton labels, barcodes, customer-branded packaging and retail packing, subject to the project.
09How are the pots packed for export?
+
Packing is designed around the product shape, nesting, protection, carton strength, labels and shipment mode. Pallet and container plans are confirmed after the item mix is fixed.
10Is there a fixed packing quantity?
+
No. Packing quantities are flexible and are organised around the selected products, protection requirements and shipment plan.
11What information is needed for a quotation?
+
Provide item codes or reference images, finish, quantity, destination country and port, target timing, shipment preference, packing needs and any compliance requirements.
